The gem-of-all-ampersands

Who doesn’t love the Baskerville italic ampersand. You got it tattooed on your wrist, now pick it up on a T-shirt. Design features a fat, hand-drawn version of the gem-of-all-ampersands, with the capital letters thrown in for good measure.

So It Goes

Hand-lettered refrain

“Shit happens, and it’s awful, but it’s also okay. We deal with it because we have to.”

This shirt design featuring the famous refrain from the Kurt Vonnegut WW2 classic Slaughterhouse-Five was hand lettered, and available in 4 colors, including black and military green, at Cotton Bureau.

Vintage-inspired logo

“People ask me what I do in winter when there’s no baseball. I’ll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.” —Rogers Hornsby

In St. Louis, it’s always baseball season. Get ready for the playoffs, opening day, or just support the beautiful city of St. Louis with this original, vintage-inspired, hand-drawn logo tee.

a/k/a German Beer Purity Law

The symbol represents the four primary components of beer (water, hops, grain, and yeast) coming together during the brewing process. Representative of the German Beer Purity Law, or Reinheitsgebot. I originally designed the icon to use on my home brewing label, and thought it turned out well enough that I wanted to share it with fellow craft beer enthusiasts. German Beer Purity Law is available in two colors, in addition to a sweet hoodie, at Cotton Bureau.
